The articles included in this volume describe the pioneering work in key areas of clinical pharmacy that have led to today's advanced, specialized practices. Originally published as a series in The Annals of Pharmacotherapy, this book contains all 112 articles: 71 from early volumes of the journal and 41 describing the growth of the profession over time.
